Joe Clemoko ESQ. combines his work experience with his legal and business education to focus on counseling businesses, startups, entrepreneurs and investors, including private equity fund formation and capital raising. Over the past few years, his practice has centered on emerging technologies, representing clients in blockchain, cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence, in addition to building upon his esports and gaming practice.

Joe is an active member of the State of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Volunteer Attorneys Program and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Beyond Joe's involvement with the various legal associations, he is also a mentor for various organizations including University of North Texas Law School, University of Texas Dallas Enactus program, and Stadia Ventures, a sports technology accelerator. He grew up in Oley, Pennsylvania, a small town just outside of Philadelphia. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. While at JWU, he was member of the nationally ranked Men's Volleyball Team and various other student organizations. Upon graduating from JWU, he pursued his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Alvernia University in Reading, PA.
