Daniel Herz is currently the Chief Revenue Officer for Mission Control and formally the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Vice President at Complexity Gaming, one of America’s most elite and longest standing esports organizations, which is now owned by Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys and real estate investor John Goff. In his role, Herz was in charge of new revenue opportunities and spearheaded all partnerships for the organization with both endemic and non-endemic brands.

Prior to Complexity Gaming, Herz served as a Senior Partner Manager at ESL, where he was responsible for growing and maintaining meaningful relationships with the company’s partners. Herz joined ESL from The Superlative Group, where he served as the account manager for various sponsorship accounts for Denver Arts and Sporting venues. Before that, he began his career with the Denver Broncos as part of the marketing and sponsorship team.

Herz was recently named to Tempest Award’s 2019 Watch List, designating him as an up-and-comer that is fostering innovation across the esports industry.
