As Director IS Operations & Service Management for the Populus Financial Group, Bob leads IS operations encompassing the NOC, Release Management, Change Management, implementation of an ITIL framework and implementation and expansion of the ManageEngine IT management suite.  Populus provides a broad range of quality financial products and services in both the retail and digital market aimed at delivering quality service.

As Chief Technology Officer for Multiview Inc, Bob was responsible for both Infrastructure and development. He led the implementation of new infrastructure, co-location data centers and implemented the MS Dynamics 365 financial and inventory suites. Multiview, Inc. operates as a digital media publishing company. The Company offers persona, behavioral, and intent targeting marketing solutions, as well as buyers guide, advertising, and retargeting. MultiView serves clients worldwide.

As Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Curves International Inc. Bob led the strategic direction of the worldwide technology infrastructure and supporting enterprise applications, financials, CRM, Wellness, inventory, warehousing, Franchisee websites, e-commerce sites, and optimization. The first Curves opened in Harlingen, Texas, in 1992. This new concept of 30-minute fitness, strength training, weight-loss guidance, and an environment designed for women was immediately successful. At its peak, Curves had over 10,000 franchises in over 86 countries.

Bob spent 9 years in progressively responsible positions culminating as Director of Enterprise Management for Southwest Airlines. Southwest Airlines Co. is a major American airline headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and is the world's largest low-cost carrier. During his tenure at Southwest Bob developed and optimized technology surrounding, Spend Management, Workforce management, Financials, Customer Relationship Management, Procurement and Supply chain, and Online learning.

Bob was Founder and President of RJK Consulting Inc., specializing in large scale Technology implementations for Fortune 500 companies. Among his clients were Sony, GlaxoSmithKline, Citibank, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson and Johnson, Equitable Life, and The Prudential.

Bob holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Engineering from Kean University, Certification from the Chubb Institute of Technology and Carnegie Mellon CYLAB Technology Leadership Essentials.
